2005 r6 sounds like a V-Twin help!

Ok so I’m going to go ahead and excuse my ignorance and try to explain the best I can. So I took me 2005 r6 to get my spark plugs changed. They changed them, I ran the bike and it ran perfect for about a week and I noticed it would just sound like a v-twin after about an hour or so of riding and try and die at the light. I took it back to the guy and he suspected it was the fuel pump......2 weeks later he calls me and says the bike is done. I go pick it up and it literally sounds the same. No fix at all. So he takes it back and tears it apart and find my BMC air filter some of the outer red chunks of the cheap rubber actually had disintegrated and he suspected it clogged my valves? Carbs? Idk but he told me that HAS to be the problem and charged me another $250 to have them cleaned. While the bike was apart he told me he ordered a new fuel pressure regulator just to make sure and once he cleaned the part and put the new regulator on he called me. I picked up the bike and it STILL does the same thing! I ran injector cleaner in my gas, cleaned my TPS sensor and at this point I’m $900 in and I still have the same problem I did 2 months ago. I sprayed water on the headers it seems to evaporate the same but I’m not mechanic. I mean the water doesn’t sit on any header but the only thing I can think of is a coil pack issue or injectors? Any advice helps! Thanks guys!
